TENNIS ANYONE?
Laurel Park has an active (and growing) ALTA membership. Currently, the Spring session is underway. Spring/Fall seasons are mens/womens doubles and Summer/Winter seasons are mixed doubles. Currently, there are two womens teams and one mens team:
C1 Level (womens): Practice is held on Thursdays at 6:30 p.m. Contact Erica Buchholz, Team Captain, at ebbuchholz@hotmail.comC5 Level (womens): Practice is held on Tuesdays at 7:00 p.m. Contact Katie Thompson, Team Captain, at 678-482-7717.

NEW LAUREL PARK SITE
Many of you received notice that GW & Assoc. has finally put up a website for official HOA business. We couldn't be happier and feel this has been long-overdue. Features therein include access to covenants and restrictions, applications for architectural approvals, violation complaint procedures, etc. The url is www.gwmgt.com/laurelpark. This site will continue to focus on social events, families, and community happenings, as well as updates as to development issues. Shortly, we will have a link here to access all FMLS listings for current Laurel Park homes on the market as well. We welcome the much-needed involvement from GW & Associates and will continue to make our site a fun and useful tool for the community.
FIRST WINNER TO BE ANNOUNCED 3/24/04!
Our first winning Laurel Park family will be announced next week on the site. Every subsequent month we will be giving a $25 Publix gift certificate to one lucky family. There are no entry requirements other than being a Laurel Park resident. We will select a family every month at random, then notify you if you're the lucky winner. LOTS FOR SALE
Many of you have been asking about the for sale signs on Laurel Park Estate lots. Ashton Woods is offering these lots to individuals or other builders who would like to develop them. There are approx. 10 lots remaining. Anyone building a home on these lots will be required to conform with the current deed restrictions for size and design. The AWH sales office has information on pricing.
Ashton Woods Homes has just released over forty new lots for sale in Phase IV. These lots have incredible scenic views of Sugar Hill Golf Course and the Chattahoochee National Forest. Currently they are offering ten floor plans from approximately 1800 square feet to 2900 square feet in this section. Prices, with typical options, range from about $200K to $260K.
